Our new "prosecco" style sparkling wine made from Salt Spring Island Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and petite milo grapes.  Notes of tangerine, lemon lime and hazelnut.

Apple Pie 2016

 Back by popular demand this is a dessert style wine,not overly sweet, made from our own and our neighbours apples. Try with pork main course or with blue cheese or creme caramel. Just a delight!

Millotage 2017

This blend of Salt Spring grown red grapes is perfect with grilled meats and chicken.  An elegant lightly oaked red, it has a spicy finish and offers aromas of plum and black current .

Karma 

Salt Spring Vineyards Karma is a favourite of the owners.  It is made with estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes using  the  "method champenoise". This brut style champagne has fine bubbles, a dry clean taste and an aroma of biscuity baked bread.  Listed on forbes.com as one of the top North American alternatives to champagne!

Pinot Gris 2017

This dry fruity white  wine is perfect with shellfish - think oysters and crab - or a nice fillet of  fish.  The wine is partially oak fermented to increase flavour and "mouth feel", which also balances the citrus and peach notes of this wine.  pH 3,29   TA  6.9g/l   RS  5.9g/l   Alc.  13%

Aromata 2016

This dry fruity aromatic white wine was created using a blend of  BC coastal grapes that were chosen for  their special bouquet.  Dominant aromas of tree fruit and floral notes . pH 3.31  TA 6.2g/l   RS 9.0g/l     Alc. 12.1%

Rose 2017

Blackberry O.M.G.

Known to islanders as Blackberry Port, this 16% alcohol wine is a long standing favourite.  A pound of wild handpicked blackberries goes into every bottle. Evolution 2017

This wine blends two grapes that were specifically developed for the cool coastal region - Epicure and Amiel. This fruity dry white wine offers a complex aroma of tropical fruit, pineapple and guava and is perfect with Thai food and light curries.  pH 3.34   TA 6.9g/l   RS 2.1g/l    Alc. 14.1%
